Complete IC Design Team
We have in our R&D team a whole gamut of professional IC design engineers – experts in architectural and algorithm design, RTL implementation, RF design and IC testing – all working under one roof.
Our staffs are mostly R&D engineers supported by a small, efficient management team. Research personnel accounts for 83% of the company staff count. About two-thirds of our staffs possess post-graduate degrees, and among them 17% are Ph.D holders.

Our record has shown that we have successfully delivered many designs and complete solutions to our customers and have thus been recognized as a leading company in this area.
Solid Design and Development Ability
Wipro Techno Centre (Singapore) has accumulated substantial design and development experience and IPs for both RF and baseband core technologies. WCDMA, IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n, Zigbee, WLAN, UWB and DSRC are some examples of applications we have developed over the years. Our design abilities cover IC techniques from 350nm to 130nm, and now we are pushing forward toward the 90nm challenge.
We continually update ourselves with the current knowledge of mainstream technologies, and arm ourselves with IPs and design experiences for future challenges.
