Design Capability
The RFIC group in Wipro Techno Centre (Singapore) is a one-stop design centre providing a complete RF solution to our valued customers starting from a system architecture design, modeling extraction, RF/IF core block design and integration to a full system evaluation. Single chip solutions are also available on demand.
Our design services focus on the development on low power, short/mid range CMOS RFICs operating in the DC – 10GHz frequency region. This is achieved using state of the art CMOS & SOS technologies from 0.35µm to 90ηm and below.
